1. Introduction

Welcome to SiteNxt. By accessing our website, contacting us, requesting a quotation, making payment, or using our Website Design, Google Business Profile, Website + GBP Combo, or related digital services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Please read these terms carefully before starting any service with SiteNxt.

2. Services Offered

SiteNxt provides digital services including, but not limited to:

• Website Design and development for local businesses.
• Google Business Profile setup and optimization.
• Website + Google Business Profile Combo packages.
• Review QR code and review support-related add-ons.
• Subdomain landing page services where applicable.
• Google Business Profile quick fix services such as phone update, location change, access recovery and suspension appeal support.

3. Service Scope

The exact scope of work depends on the selected plan, quotation or agreed service package. Features, number of pages, emails, product uploads, support, delivery timeline and included services will be based on the plan chosen by the customer.

Any additional work outside the selected plan may require extra charges.

4. Website Plans and Inclusions

Website plans may include features such as domain, hosting, business email, SSL, responsive design, SEO setup, WhatsApp integration, enquiry form, product upload, payment gateway, speed optimization, security or support depending on the chosen package.

5. Google Business Profile Service

Google Business Profile services may include new profile setup, existing profile audit, business detail updates, category setup, business hours update, website/WhatsApp link setup, description optimization, services/products setup, photo uploads, Q&A setup, review link, Review QR code, Review QR poster/image, subdomain landing page where applicable, basic support and profile improvement report.

Google verification, approval, ranking, suspension recovery or profile changes are subject to Google’s policies and decisions.

6. Website + GBP Combo Plans

Combo plans include the selected website plan features plus Google Business Profile setup and optimization, Review QR code, Review QR poster, website/WhatsApp or product/service details connected to GBP, and basic GBP support as mentioned in the package.

7. Client Responsibilities

The client must provide required information, content and approvals on time, including:

• Business name, address/service area, phone number and email.
• Logo, images, brand materials and business content where available.
• Website page content, service details, product details and pricing if applicable.
• Google Business Profile access or verification support where required.
• Timely feedback and approval for design, content and profile updates.

Project delays caused by late client inputs, approval delays, missing details or third-party verification issues are not counted as SiteNxt delivery delay.

8. Payment Terms

Payment terms may vary depending on the selected service or quotation. Work may begin only after advance payment or full payment as agreed.

• Prices are subject to change based on requirements, add-ons or custom work.
• Any third-party charges not included in the plan must be paid by the client.
• Final files, launch, access handover or completion may depend on full payment clearance.

9. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines are based on the selected package and start after required details, content and payment are received.

• Starter Website: usually 5–7 days.
• Growth Website: usually 7–10 days.
• E-commerce Website: usually 15–20 days.
• Premium Website: usually 20–25 days.
• Google Business Profile Service: usually 3–5 days after receiving details and verification inputs.

Timelines may change due to content delays, revision requests, third-party technical issues, domain/hosting setup delays, payment gateway approval, Google verification or additional custom requirements.

10. Revisions and Changes

Reasonable corrections and revisions may be provided based on the package and project stage. Major design changes, new sections, extra pages, new features, content rewriting, custom integrations or changes after approval may require additional charges.

11. Domain, Hosting and Email

Where included, domain, hosting and business email services are provided for the first year as per the selected plan. Renewal charges apply after the first year.

• Domain availability is not guaranteed until registration is completed.
• Domain extension depends on the selected plan and availability.
• Hosting/email limitations may depend on the hosting plan and provider terms.
• Failure to renew domain, hosting or email may result in website/email downtime.

12. SEO and Ranking Disclaimer

SiteNxt may provide basic, enhanced or advanced SEO setup depending on the selected plan. This may include SEO-ready structure, metadata direction, speed optimization, content structure or related setup.

13. Google Business Profile Disclaimer

Google Business Profile verification, approval, ranking, suspension recovery, edits and visibility depend on Google’s policies and systems. SiteNxt can support setup, optimization or appeal process, but cannot guarantee approval, reinstatement, ranking or visibility results.

14. Third-party Tools and Platforms

Services may involve third-party tools such as WordPress, hosting providers, domain registrars, Google Business Profile, Google Analytics, Google Maps, WhatsApp, payment gateways, form plugins, email providers, SEO tools and other platforms.

SiteNxt is not responsible for downtime, policy changes, account restrictions, price changes, approval delays or service issues caused by third-party platforms.

15. Content, Images and Copyright

The client is responsible for ensuring that all content, images, logos, business details and materials shared with SiteNxt are accurate and legally usable. SiteNxt is not responsible for copyright issues arising from materials provided by the client.

If stock images, icons, templates or third-party assets are used, their usage may be subject to respective license terms.

16. Project Hold, Cancellation and Refunds

If the client delays required inputs, approvals or communication for a long period, the project may be put on hold. Resuming delayed projects may depend on availability and revised timelines.

Refunds, if any, depend on project stage, work completed, third-party costs already paid, and the agreed service terms. Amounts spent on domain, hosting, third-party tools, design work, development work or completed services may not be refundable.

17. Support and Maintenance

Support is provided according to the selected plan. Basic support may include guidance or minor help related to the delivered service. It does not automatically include major redesign, new features, content changes, plugin conflicts, malware removal, third-party tool issues or ongoing digital marketing unless separately agreed.

18. Limitation of Liability

SiteNxt will make reasonable efforts to deliver professional services. However, SiteNxt shall not be liable for indirect losses, business loss, loss of profit, third-party platform issues, Google decisions, search ranking changes, technical outages or damages beyond the amount paid for the specific service.

19. Changes to Terms

SiteNxt may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
